Your session will begin with an assessment to customize the following techniques and massage types to your needs.

  • Orthopedic massage- Alleviates joint dysfunction and pain from postural patterns and injuries.

  • Medical massage- Uses clinical techniques that involve connective tissue and neuromuscular patterns to address symptoms of health conditions

  • Myofascial release- Techniques to address connective tissue for longer lasting relief.

  • Lymphatic drainage- Reduces swelling and edema, and can also be used for lymphedema.

  • Sports massage- Addresses performance enhancement, injury remediation, and injury prevention for athletes.

  • Oncology massage- Massage for cancer patients.
